It seems that he lost about 4kg between April and May.
 
# What is the case of successful dieting just by running without diet change?
If you look at YouTube, you can often see people who lost 10 to 20 kilograms just by running without changing their diet. (It was around me, too
But my conclusion is that even though they usually eat too much calories, their eating habits are not bad (ex Korean food)
It is a case of extreme training at the level of athletes who can overcome even bad eating habits. 
In practice, most of them will be the former, and in the latter case, there will be few in terms of risk management or time-consuming.

In my case, I ate a lot, but my eating habits were bad.
Almost every evening the fried food was on the table as the main dish. I also ordered 2 to 3 chicken a week.
Basically, I ate over calories, but I couldn't lose weight just by running because these diets and eating patterns were not good.
 
# There are still limited calories that can be consumed only by running
I can't train every day to burn more than 500 calories by running because I'm still overweight.
Therefore, despite running for five months every day, it is considered that calorie consumption, which is significant for dieting only by running, is limited.
Nevertheless, the reason why I think running is the best diet is as follows.

I started running for the purpose of my health. However, the reason for starting a diet was not just because of health.
It was because I wanted to run better. To be exact, I started my diet because my skills didn't improve as fast as I thought.
So, I run better, eat healthier, and naturally, I don't think of food like fried food or chicken as often as I used to.
My start was running, but it is a virtuous cycle that is connected to my eating habits.
 
# Benefits of Legs for Dieting
Surprisingly, I have not rested from exercise for the last three or four years.
However, most sports require specific equipment/place to enjoy
Some of them were close to anaerobic exercise, so they did not have a significant effect on weight loss.
Most of all, those sports are important sports that increase weight or improve techniques themselves
It was not a direct motivation for dieting.
However, running leads to an increase in weight loss itself, and there are few restrictions on clothes or places.
So it was easy to make it a habit, and the motivation for diet was different for me.
