# Surprisingly, I ran every day for more than four months.
I decided to run every day from 20.01.10 this year.
When you challenge something, you don't have to make a specific plan or make a big resolution
There are times when goals are easily achieved, and this run was like that.
It's hard to explain in words, but I started running as if I had to take a shower and brush my teeth every day.
Maybe that's why I haven't had any mental malaise yet.

# Actually, I didn't do a lot of high-intensity running.
I've talked about it in blog posts in the past, but the reason I decided to run was because of the deterioration of my health caused by being overweight.
Because I was overweight, knee pain, shin pain, and Achilles tendon pain came very easily in the early stages (especially under two months).
I didn't focus on intensity because my goal was to run every day
I focused on making habits so that running could be my daily routine.
This is because he believed that if he had the stamina and condition to run every day, he would lose weight naturally.
Therefore, it was aimed at not being injured as a first priority.

# Setting the intensity of exercise
I am running using an app called Lunday
The most representative runday curriculum offered by Runday is a 30-minute running course for anyone.
(The course offers physical fitness lessons that anyone can run for 30 minutes.)
The curriculum basically runs three times a week, and it is offered as an alternate day course where one day is exercised and one day is off.
I reviewed the first subject at least for two days (up to three to four days) after a full training session.

The first lesson (1-1) is a course that repeats a one-minute run and a two-minute walk five times, and the total running time is 5 minutes and the walking time is 18 minutes, which is a very low-intensity training.
In conclusion, the main training was conducted twice a week, and the main training was lowered to about once a week if a certain part of the training felt pain or decreased in condition.


# What's the result?
My strategy of making running a habit once worked.
The curriculum did not succeed in running 30 minutes within the eight weeks it was originally provided by the curriculum.
As a result, however, he was able to successfully finish the 30-minute run at about 90 days.

# After 90 days?
After 90 days, I felt that the fatigue accumulated before and after running was significantly reduced.
I don't know if it's because my running posture has improved or my muscles have improved,
At some point, the ankle/shins/calf/knees/foot pain that I always followed when I ran disappeared.
Of course, if you're still doing high-intensity training (running for more than 20 minutes), you'll feel a little pain
It's not a lot of pain, and it's more like the pain that your muscles feel tired than the pain that you feel like you're hurt like you used to
I don't expect to be seriously injured.
Above all, even though I'm overweight, I've been running every day for over four months
I think I'm doing well in my own condition.
