# Back injury...
I suddenly have a backache. Fortunately, it is not a pain enough to cause pain in daily life.
I usually sit on my back, and I just put a blanket on the floor... Maybe it's because I went to bed without a blanket recently.
I don't know if it's because of running. I ran a very low-intensity run the day before, and my body was heavier than I thought. 
Perhaps the damage to the waist has accumulated before then.
 
# Injury Care
For at least one week, low-intensity training will be continued, with two-minute walks and one-minute jumps * five times.
I think it will be difficult to train more than medium-intensity until next week. 
 
# one's mind
The purpose of the current exercise is to focus on 'running every day' regardless of intensity and record. I feel fortunate in this regard. 
There has been a stubbornness called Better Than Yesterday.
So even if I was sick because of exercise, I endured and trained a little, so I often fell into a bigger vicious circle.
Even if you only lubricate your body with low-intensity training for one to two weeks, it seems important to brace yourself with the thought that the body that has been running for six months will not be reset overnight. 
 
# Weight
Weight is a very slight weight loss trend.
At the beginning of this year, compared to the maximum weight of 104kg, it is now in a stable range of 97 to 98kg. (-6.5kg)
Last week, my eating habits almost went bad for a while, which would have kept me on or gained me a little weight.
Again, I think it is fortunate that I am eating with the right eating habits starting this week.
If you don't pay attention to your eating habits during the break due to this injury, it may have various side effects, so it will be a time to be careful.
