[Running every day] If your strong mentality interferes with your goal

# Mental strength.
I lived with injuries every time I exercised. Since I was in the military, my left knee has been particularly bad.
Until the day he was discharged from the military, he had to stop by the Armed Forces Hospital and take an MRI.
Not only the knee, but also chronic pain and inflammation in the left shoulder for the rest of my life. (Fortunately, it has improved a lot now.)
Despite my body condition, I in my 20s thought I could overcome everything with my mental strength.
Of course, mental strength is important whenever you do something.
Thanks to this, I was able to get a good job compared to my academic background, and I think I am still being treated satisfactorily.
But it was different in health.

# When you need a strategy,
In terms of health, I only believe in "mental strength," overworked my body, and did not take adequate rest.
These days, there is a lot of information on the Internet that "rest" is also part of exercise.
Just a few years ago, it was spread like a norm that intense exercise made a healthy body.
I was honest, but not strategic.
I thought running in my 30s needed a strategy.

# At first, it's easy.
So I'll 'run every day' in this running goal, but I didn't set the lowest speed and time.
You have to run every day, but you don't have to go to the gym every day, or you can run for about 10 minutes.
But you have to run 'every day'. (You'll know if you try it, but this isn't an easy goal either.)
I need to be able to evaluate myself as a running person.
If you don't run, you have to make an uneasy state.

# In fact, this is not the first time.
The time of writing this article is January 22, and in fact, I set a kind of goal of running every day in January 2021.
The goal I set at that time was to run in the morning in the park in front of my house and go to work.
But I don't think it was a very good plan.
It's too hard to get up early in the morning. It required more mental strength and energy than stopping by the park on the way home from work.
And doing something on the way to work was too limited in time.
It was too easy to lose time to play in the park even if I overslept a little.
So, my goal of "health" for 21 years, "every day" running season 1, failed horribly.

# Nevertheless, the goal is to make it easy.
Then did all of my plans for last year fail perfectly?
That's not true.
I still go around the park more than five times a week and go to work.
It's the same whether it rains or snows.
At least this commute routine has become my own Daily Routine.
For at least 21 years, I was able to evaluate myself as a park-friendly person.
It has also been a year that created a "new health habit."
What I have to do in the future is to level up this habit.
