[Running every day] Combining past exercise experience to running (with weight training).

# What I learned while working out.
Weight training is often conducted every other day because it requires sufficient rest after intense exercise.
It depends on the division method, but there is no division method that exercises at least seven consecutive days a week.
In my case, however, I found that a single day of rest dampens the passion for leaving the gym again.
There is one thing I learned clearly from weight training for more than a year.
My exercise style is that when I have holidays, I take a break from exercising out of control.
So I took a way out to the gym every day. That's why I've been going around for over a year.
# You have to work out at a place close to home. Or on my way home...
And if you don't want to skip exercise, your will alone is not enough.
In fact, the energy spent on getting to the playground is much greater than the energy spent on exercising.
So I made a route on my way home from work by stopping by the gym unconditionally before going home.
# My goal is to be super easy.
And my goal was only one. Working out at the gym? No.
I went to the gym and took a shower.
Considering going to the gym and doing that heavy ironing, you get tired even before you go to the gym.
But shouldn't you take a shower before you go to bed? It's comfortable to think of taking a shower at home at the gym.
It may not be meaningful, but you can save towels and water taxes. (If you think positively)
In fact, with a mind set like this, I was able to go out of the gym as much as possible.
# Should I really just take a shower?
So, have I ever only showered before?
There wasn't. Once you go to the gym, most people are supposed to exercise even for 30 minutes.
So all you have to do is go to the gym. After that, let's go and pay attention to the problem.
And I don't think it's a problem just taking a shower.
People who go to the gym at least every day are much more likely to exercise than those who don't even go to the gym.
# There is a fairly large park on the way home from work.
Fortunately, there was a fairly large park on the way home from work.
I didn't bound the distance, but I thought I would do about 1km per lap.
I decided to stop by this park and go for a run on my way home from work.
Distance doesn't matter.
First of all, the habit of going to the park is important.
