I think this habit has made me who can run every day for three weeks now.
"What kind of person am I?"I think defining '' is very important when achieving something.
The so-called "mental strength" is an area of consciousness, but I think it is somewhere in "unconsciousness" to feel what kind of person I am.
I think this unconsciousness sometimes plays a more important role in achieving goals than consciousness.
Above all, unconsciousness is like a habit, so it has the advantage of allowing you to think and act even if you don't devote much energy.


# Runday.
In 21, he made a habit of "stopping by the park on his way to work every day."
One of the most important facts I felt in this process was that the goal should be 'very easy'.
So I used an application called 'Run Day'.
Even those who have never run on Run Day or have poor basic physical strength.
It is an 8-week course that allows you to run for 30 minutes (about 4-6 km).
In the first day of Run Day's running curriculum, one-minute runs are conducted about five times,
Sufficient walking time is given between running and running.
It's one of the learning programs that anyone who doesn't feel uncomfortable walking in their daily lives can try.
My goal is to make 30 minutes of running stamina first without injury.
For the time being, blog posts will be written focusing on my run-day running program.
