Everyone knows that if you feel pain, you should stop running right away and refrain from exercising.

# Adjusting the training schedule.
The Runday Running Program offers a gradual overload exercise program that increases the number or time of running every other day.
In this exercise program, I made a running habit by doing recovery learning one day and main training one day.
But it didn't go as planned during February. I thought I did a low-intensity race.
It seems that leg pain or damage to the knee was accumulated.
Depending on his physical condition, the number of recovery runs increased from at least two to as many as four.

A month after running, I felt my body getting very light, and I think I wrote that the quality of my sleep improved.
But the second month was a little different. Overall, my condition improved, but there were days when my body definitely became heavy.
On a very difficult day to wake up in the morning, I observed my physical condition more carefully that day.
And if I didn't feel my condition recovered even in the evening, I boldly lowered the training intensity and ran.
# Communication with my body is very important.
It's very frustrating because my body doesn't follow my heart.
