# Week 2.

Even if it's the same distance, I feel a little less breathless, or my body heats up because I can run more than enough.
Even if you exercise at the same intensity as the first week, running itself does not feel so difficult.

# Improving the quality of sleep quality.
In my case, the biggest thing I felt in the second week was the improvement of sleep quality.
When I opened my eyes in the morning, I felt light. Even when I sleep, I never woke up in the middle.
I have been doing weight training steadily for a year or two.
However, when I did weight training, I felt that my body was exhausted.
Rather, there were some insomnia symptoms, so there were days when it was not easy to open your eyes in the morning.
However, low-intensity running was different.
Daily running with a low intensity of about a week allowed me to improve my physical strength without overworking my body.


# I've become diligent.
Another effect of running every day is that I have become more diligent.
Living alone and doing both work and housework is not as easy as I thought.
If you're originally diligent and neat, your words will change, but I'm not that kind of person.
Let's think about how lazy it is to wash the dishes as soon as you eat, and how many people haven't done it even though it's nothing.
It was the same for me. It was quite routine in my house to do the dishes in the evening after about a day without hanging out the laundry on time.
However, after running, you walked the laundry on time, and the number of times you increased significantly.
Now, the dishes that came out on the same day are being finished as much as possible on that day.
This kind of housework can be said to be close to "physical" labor.
I feel that the mental distress of raising my annoying body has decreased considerably.



# Standing up has become easier.
Most people find it difficult to get up once they lie in bed.
It was also too difficult for me to get up when I was stuck in a blanket.
All household chores start with what happens.
In fact, once you wake up, washing the dishes or washing the laundry is not as difficult as you think.
If I run, I automatically wake up my body.
It is the area of 'unconsciousness' that was previously mentioned. I've become a moving person.
He has become a person who does not have to devote much energy to moving his body.
Running made me evaluate myself as a diligent person,
It created a virtuous cycle in my daily life.
